2. Oversaw preparation and performance of East Java athletics team at Indonesia’s biggest multi-sport event (PON).
3. Responsible for sprint & hurdles squads, designing training cycles, and managing athlete selection.

2. Established and developed Blitarian Athletic Club into one of the biggest grassroots athletics programs in East Java.
3. Currently managing 95 athletes from youth to elite, implementing Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model.
